RP Character Things

Welcome to the NCL. All characters are welcome here to hang out and introduce themselves. No fighting please, this is a nutral zone for in character conversations.

There is a large club/lounge room, with plenty of seating and dancing space. Also, this room contains a bar that serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. All characters will be ID-carded. The music is pleasant, but loud on the dance floor area. The music is easier to talk over by the seating area. There is 1 VIP room that comfortable holds 8 people. Is available for 1 hour uses per day, person who rents room can describe the room's appearance.
There is an open field outside area, great for picnicing/hanging out/chilling under the open sky. Weather does vary day to day, with mostly mild weather changes.  There are a few trees scattered about and a small swimming area just beyond the picnicing area.
